By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Pinnacle Bully Kennels LLC, you agree to the following terms.
1. Deposits & Payments
All deposits made toward puppies, stud services, or photography services are non-refundable. Deposits are used to reserve your position or booking and are applied toward the final balance unless otherwise stated.
Full payment terms will be communicated directly between Pinnacle Bully Kennels LLC and the client. We reserve the right to refuse service or sale at our discretion.
2. Puppy Sales
All puppy placements are subject to approval. Submitting an application or deposit does not guarantee a puppy. Pinnacle Bully Kennels LLC reserves the right to select the most suitable home for each dog.
Prices, availability, and details are subject to change at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee size, color, structure, or future breeding potential, as these factors can change as the dog develops.
3. Health & Responsibility
All dogs are raised with care and are health and DNA tested as part of our program. Buyers are responsible for continued veterinary care, proper nutrition, and overall wellbeing after purchase.
Pinnacle Bully Kennels LLC is not responsible for any health conditions that may develop after the puppy leaves our care.
4. Stud Services
All stud services must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. Deposits are required to secure a breeding slot.
We are not responsible for unsuccessful breedings due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to timing, health of the female, or handling by third parties.
5. Photography Services
All photography bookings require payment or deposit at the time of booking. All sales are final.
Turnaround time, edits, and deliverables will be discussed prior to the session. Pinnacle Bully Kennels LLC reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any issue. Fraudulent disputes will be pursued to the fullest extent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pinnacle Bully Kennels LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
